We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Business days and hours are as follows Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST. If you need faster processing, please email our customer service.

We strive to accommodate any changes to an order within an Hour of it being placed. After there will be No Cancellations or Changes allowed as it affects our processing time. During Sale events and final sale items all orders are Final. Once the payment and order has been processed, No Cancellations. An additional 5-8 days for processing orders will be needed. Order accuracy and care are our top priority, and we work as efficiently and efficiently as possible.

Chelsey Smith Cosmetics is not responsible for Lost / Stolen / Damaged packages. We suggest to add Route Protection to your order to insure your package is fully covered.

USPS and DHL are both provided with actual shipping cost at checkout.
