Return/Exchange Policy

Effective 1-1-20

Any unit (except for custom orders) can be returned for any reason within 5 days after the wig has been delivered as shown by tracking. Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached and the wig hasn't been restyled or cut. Please send me a message on Facebook and I will issue refund as soon as I receive and inspect the wig.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all return products.

For returns, once item has been received and the returned item meets the requirements after inspection, you'll receive your refund within 3-5 business days (may take longer depending on payment and bank) MINUS the restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns MUST be shipped with tracking and the tracking number must be sent to me. Custom orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

SALE WIGS ARE NON RETURNABLE!!!

note: By keeping wig intact with hang tag and lace it ensures product wasn't purchased for 1 time use.
